The City of Newark won a Best Application and a Visionary award (for CIO Danny Hill) for its intranet Newark Document Express ("NDEX") solution. "NDEX, an electronic document management system based on Xerox DocuShare, will optimize information flow and enable business process collaboration among employees and agencies."
